Her prior careers in Chemistry and Education were in the public schools, community college and university levels in Fort Collins, Colorado.

William K. Mahony, PhD is known in yoga and other spiritual communities across the continents for his warm, lively, and compassionate teaching that is accessible to anyone interested in deepening their spiritual lives. Known as a teacher of teachers, he shares with participants the expansive and transforming wisdom he finds in the splendid texts he studies, and he guides participants in ways they can fruitfully apply these perspectives in their own lives.
Whether you are new to the contemplative study of yoga philosophy or want to deepen your understanding, Bill warmly invites you to join him to explore and immerse in the ways of a life-affirming yogic life.
Masood Ali Khan is a pioneer in singing heart songs and mantras with the hand pan, creating a unique kirtan music that provides a ceremonial space for a meditative, uplifting experience. This mesmerizing blend combines the power of the heart with the mind's healing potential.
He shares 'Music Meditation as Medicine' sonically at international music festivals, Rasa Yoga teacher trainings, 'Alchemy of Love' couples retreats, and 'Alchemy of Avalon' pilgrimages with Sianna. He has been humbly practicing Rasa yoga, teaching meditation, and Universal Energy techniques for over 25 years.
Exploring and embracing shadow work in men's groups over the past 8 years with his mentor, Robert Augustus Masters led to the founding of the 'Rasa Heart Warrior Men's group'.

Reggie Hubbard is the founder/Chief Serving Officer of Active Peace LLC where he teaches all walks of life through wisdom, movement, meditation, and sound, ways to cultivate well-being as a foundation rather than an afterthought.
His yogic and meditative practices have served as a sanctuary of peace and refuge while processing racism and the pressures of serving at the height of US politics/grassroots activism as a black man in the United States. He has nurtured an awareness of the true aims of yogic and meditation practice – liberation, open heartedness and loving service.
Reggie's life work sits at the intersection of building community, bringing more peace and balance to activists; guiding the wellness community toward being more engaged, concerned citizens; enhancing the well-being of all walks of life; and, shifting the world toward more justice for all.

A certified E-RYT 500, NASM Personal Trainer, and Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist, she has studied anatomy and biomechanics with numerous internationally acclaimed educators.
Over the past decade, Elena has taught anatomy in 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings, led international retreats, and created classes for platforms like Glo. She is passionate about helping teachers refine their own voice and style through practical, science-informed tools, always with a balance of depth, clarity, and playfulness.

Shreya believes Sanskrit, mantra, and ancient wisdom have the power to transmute our inner worlds and transform our communities to create harmony in the world. She integrates various disciplines through her devotional practices, facilitating spaces to open our hearts through mantra, sound, and the study of Sanskrit. She aims to guide people of all backgrounds to live with more presence, clarity, and love.

Mischa Varmuza is a yoga teacher and student, a practitioner and sādhak of Traditional Tantra, a Transpersonal Coach, and a guide. Mischa's yoga journey began almost 20 years ago and has led her into the exploration and study of many fields of personal growth, natural medicine, bodywork, spirituality, and healing.
Mischa is currently based in Goa, South India, and offers transformative yoga classes, retreats and transpersonal coaching both in-person and online. Her wish is to empower you, through deep devotional practice, inquiry, and connection to the Sacred, to radically transform your experience of self, others, and life and inspire courageous, kind and heart-centred living with both self and social awareness.
From woundedness into wholeness...
Yoga is a path of embrace, where we face all parts of ourselves so that we can transform our woundedness into wholeness and reclaim our lives with deep, immense Soul Beauty.
As we welcome home the rejected, dejected, and hidden parts of ourselves, we begin a process of integration. It is a soul-crafting journey that reclaims our deep, shared humanity. Instead of dehumanizing each other, we rehumanize ourselves and anchor our mission.
We rise to contribute to the world with a new vision, deep purpose, and reimagination.
In Rasa Yoga we focus on integration rather than bypassing the true deep work, and we need each other in the journey.
Instead of giving up, we choose to show up. We practice and re-member who we truly are so that we can claim our gifts, celebrate them, and live our lives with aligned purpose.
Together we are waking up and finding new solutions to the crises of the world. This is why we practice yoga and work together for the benefit of all beings. We value inclusivity and diversity and know this is the way forward.
Rasa Yoga and our collective of teachers are called to rise up in service to true Liberation for all.
The call of this teacher training is for true liberation in service to the greater whole.

I invite you to consider that you are here, at this now moment, for a reason.
Something has called you here to rise in your own evolution as a student and teacher of yoga, and as a spiritual seeker with a deep desire to grow.
Do you feel it?
Yes. I Feel It.
Those who have tread this path before you know the power of this journey. Their words speak to the depth of Rasa Yoga and the life-changing impact of training with Sianna.

“Sianna has taken all of her skills and combined them to create a unique style of teaching yoga that is deeply satisfying to the body, mind and heart of all levels of students.”
~ Desiree Rumbaugh

Sianna’s and RasaYoga co-director Greta Hill’s profound knowledge of Yoga, teaching methodology and approach is illuminating.

"I felt safe. I felt seen. I felt at home for maybe the first time ever.
The teachings of Rasa, and the dear friendships I've made have been one of the greatest blessings of my life.
I am incredibly grateful and humbled by the courageous and heartfelt path that Rasa Yoga has empowered me to walk.
-Andrew Ragan, Rasa 500-hr Graduate

"Rasa Yoga YTT is life-changing!
They offer a thorough and comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training which deeply honors the lineages of yoga including Mantra, Mudra, Pranayama, Sanskrit, Asana, Philosophy, Anatomy, how to improve & develop your relationship with yourself & others; educating & bringing awareness on social justice and antiracism issues in the yoga industry [et al], and much more if you can imagine there being more! Never before have I completed a Yoga Teacher Training that encompasses all of these elements. It left me wanting to learn more and after having completed the 200HR training, I knew I had to complete their 300HR as soon as it became available; and I did!
To me this program is so much more than learning how to become a yoga teacher; but rather how to use teachings of yoga to become a better human and through that gateway one blossoms into becoming a teacher who is knowledgeable, aware & attuned.
I would highly recommend Rasa Yoga School Yoga Teacher Training to anyone."
-Jennifer J. Rasa Yoga 500-hr Graduate

"I have recently completed a second teacher training with Sianna Sherman, the visionary force behind the Rasa Yoga collective.
I can only describe this training as a truly powerful alchemical journey, that moves you from birth to re-birth and way beyond.
Sianna’s teachings are so deep, thoughtful and skillful! Every bit of the training is a treasured seed that keeps unfolding and expanding within. I would recommend such a training to any yoga student and teacher aiming to immerse into the profound teachings of yoga, from every angle, from the roots, and from the heart.”
-Sergio Rasman, Rasa 500-hr Graduate
