I am beyond grateful for the experiences in being a student and a teacher of Rasa Yoga, founded by Sianna Sherman.Â
...my immersion in Rasa Yoga has set me on a learning (and unlearning) adventure. This has been so magical and transformativeâŚand it is still unfolding!Â
I am growing as a yoga teacher and deepening my practices through the teachings from both the Rasa Yoga 200hrs and 300hrs online programs. This has been a truly alchemical journey for me in Yoga, in Life.Â
